The Art Deployment Process

PHASE I:

ASSESSMENT

SERVICES INCLUDE: Fact finding; observation and documentation of existing conditions; conduct and document interviews with hospital representatives; coordinate with client’s design teams to establish a unified vision and set goals; identify successful areas and trouble spots of existing and future sites. Inventory of existing artwork; reframing.

PHASE II:

DESIGN CONCEPT & PRESENTATION OF FINDINGS

Program Development & Pricing

SERVICES INCLUDE: Recommendation for implementation; develop art and donor recognition teams; presentation of conceptual designs to the art board; creation of preliminary location plans; refinement of designs; showcase artist’s works and concepts; pricing, proposals and commission contracts for review.

PHASE III:

IMPLEMENTATION

Implementation (Fabrication Begins)

SERVICES INCLUDE: Finalization and closing of all proposals and contracts; organization and project management of framing and installation schedules including existing collection. Coordination with facility planners and artists on any special needs for commissioned works.

PHASE IV:

COMPLETION

Installation Complete

SERVICES INCLUDE: Site visit for install and punch-list on completed installation; documentation provided in booklet form to facility on specifications on each artwork to include artist, title, size, material, location and value.
